Azain is the founder of LaunchPad and is an innovative project developer and social impact professional with over 17 years of experience in consulting and international development space. Having worked for private and large not-for-profits organisations, Azain has developed a unique combination of skills and experience that he has utilised to create LaunchPad services programs.
Azain strongly believes in inspiring and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential so they can contribute effectively to a sustainable world.
Dr. Helen McGregor
With a 25-year career in agricultural and veterinary industries, Helen has worked with a wide variety of stakeholders and clients including local communities, industry bodies, local and state government, the tertiary education sector and commercial companies. Helen augments her consultancy with experience in leadership, coaching and communication, and works to extend structured and sustainable opportunities to young and experienced professionals alike.
Helen is a co-facilitator of LaunchPad’s workshop and seminar series and is also a career coach and mentor for the one-on-one programs.
Paul is a qualified business and information technology professional with extensive industry experience in high profile consulting organizations, banking, telecommunications, government, utilities.
He is a highly experienced business coach, committed to helping his clients go through transformations and creating breakthroughs that produce outstanding results in areas that are important to them. Paul is interested in innovation and the future of technology as a contributor to enhancing life on the planet.
Kevi is an Advisor of LaunchPad and began his career in sustainability with The Wilderness Society in 2010. He initially worked on conservation campaigning for areas such as the Kimberley in Western Australian and the Tarkine in Tasmania. Kevi also was a campaign organiser during the 2014 Victorian state the 2016 Federal elections.
An avid problem solver and innovative thinker he now works in Proposition Innovation at RMIT University co-designing the future state for products and services delivered by the university.
